Job Description

 

  • Greeting and welcoming customers with a polite and professional attitude.
  • Processing orders and payments accurately, using the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Handling transactions in cash, bank cards and other forms of payment.
  • Care for issuing invoices and correct return of change.
  • Monitoring and managing the cash register to ensure accuracy of funds at the end of the shift.
  • Informing customers about the menu, offers and services.

Job Experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of using the cash register system or willingness to be trained.
  • Good communication skills and friendly attitude towards customers.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail when processing payments.
  •     Flexibility to work different hours.
