Job Description
- Monitoring and coordinating the daily operations of the sales team in region.
- Supporting and motivating the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Act as the primary contact for management at headquarters and disseminate important information.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Building and maintaining your own customer portfolio to promote long-term business relationships.
- Analyzing sales performance and preparing reports for management.
- Organization and implementation of training and coaching for the sales team.
Job Experience
Your skills:
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a management position or as a coordinator.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- German language skills at C1 level (mandatory).
- Experience in using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
