Job Description

 

  • Monitoring and coordinating the daily operations of the sales team in region.
  • Supporting and motivating the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Act as the primary contact for management at headquarters and disseminate important information.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Building and maintaining your own customer portfolio to promote long-term business relationships.
  • Analyzing sales performance and preparing reports for management.
  • Organization and implementation of training and coaching for the sales team.

Job Experience

Your skills:

  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a management position or as a coordinator.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • German language skills at C1 level (mandatory).
  • Experience in using CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
