Job Description

 

  • Welcomes and assists Youth Palace clients in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Handles customer requests, complaints and suggestions, providing quick and efficient solutions.
  • Maintains and updates customer data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Ensures that clients receive complete information on the services, activities and opportunities offered by the Youth Palace.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective coordination and meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assists in organizing promotional activities and events involving customers.

Job Experience

  • University degree.
  • Experience in customer relations or a similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Good knowledge of computer programs (MS Office) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
