• Meeting sales goals 
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintaining exceptional store conditions and visual sales standards
• Handling all issues arising from customers (complaints, etc.) 
• Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures 
• Recruiting, training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Management of employee timesheets and overall daily, weekly and monthly work 

Job Experience

• At least have completed high school. 
• Previous experience in a similar position in the textile industry
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience in managing a multi-person team 
• Excellent organizational skills (ability to set goals and prioritize tasks)
