Job Description
- Welcomes and assists Youth Palace clients in a professional and respectful manner.
- Handles customer requests, complaints and suggestions, providing quick and efficient solutions.
- Maintains and updates customer data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Ensures that clients receive complete information on the services, activities and opportunities offered by the Youth Palace.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective coordination and meet customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assists in organizing promotional activities and events involving customers.
Job Experience
- University degree.
- Experience in customer relations or a similar position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Good knowledge of computer programs (MS Office) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
