  • Organization of the technical equipment maintenance process: equipment installation, replacement, repair and scheduled maintenance work, remote troubleshooting.
  • Customer consultation and training on technical issues over the phone.
  • Communication and collaboration with clients, partners and colleagues.

Job Experience

  • Technical education and experience in operating computer equipment and programs.
  • Ability to quickly identify and promptly resolve technical problems.
  • Good work planning and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with colleagues. 
  • Communication in English, both oral and written.
