Job Description

 

  1. Plans and coordinates procurement processes in accordance with the company’s needs.
  2. Identifies potential suppliers and conducts their analysis to ensure that they provide the necessary products and services at the most competitive prices and with the best quality.
  3. Drafts and manages contracts with suppliers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are compliant and met.
  4. Develops and implements company procurement policies and procedures.
  5. Monitors supplier performance and takes action to address any issues or concerns.
  6. Collaborates closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure they are met in a timely and appropriate manner.
  7. Manages the procurement budget and ensures that procurement activities are carried out within the limits of the assigned budget.
  8. Supervises and manages the team of procurement employees, providing guidance and direction in accordance with the company’s needs.

Job Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields, supply management, or a similar field.
  2. Valuable work experience in the field of procurement, ideally in a management position.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and management skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of good procurement practices and applicable laws.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  7. Good knowledge of procurement software and other procurement-related technologies.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with a wide range of different people in the organization.
