Job Description

 

  • Serves customers according to their requests.
  • Establishes good communication with customers, is willing to provide excellent customer service.
  • Has a supporting role for the team in transition.
  • Ensures that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
  • Keeps the reception area and all common areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensures that appropriate information is obtained for clients and that their confidentiality is maintained.
  • Stays well informed regarding updates to the center’s rules on a continuous basis.

Job Experience

  • Experience (preferably in telephone sales);
  • Strong communication and listening skills in ENGLISH language ;
  • Passion for the automotive sector;
  • Determination to achieve and exceed objectives.
