Job Description
- Serves customers according to their requests.
- Establishes good communication with customers, is willing to provide excellent customer service.
- Has a supporting role for the team in transition.
- Ensures that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
- Keeps the reception area and all common areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensures that appropriate information is obtained for clients and that their confidentiality is maintained.
- Stays well informed regarding updates to the center’s rules on a continuous basis.
Job Experience
- Experience (preferably in telephone sales);
- Strong communication and listening skills in ENGLISH language ;
- Passion for the automotive sector;
- Determination to achieve and exceed objectives.
